Running forest workers around the inlets and waters near Port Hardy was actually how SilverFox Marine Charters got started in 1984. SilverFox Marine Charters has worked for several private logging companies and contracted to the B.C.Forest Services (Port McNeill) from 1986 to 1998.
The SilverFox provides comfortable quarters for up to four persons and one crew member. Our vessel the MV "SilverFox" is Transport Canada Approved / certified passenger vessel exceeding the requirements of WCB for safety inspection (C.S.I.) Canada Transport Ship's Safety Department. SilverFox Marine Charters is fully insured to do this type of work. We have an excellent all welded aluminum workboat (skiff) for loading or unloading ATV's or personnel, to and from the shore. We have the ability to travel and accomodate anywhere throughout the BC coast.
Note: Due to the ever-growing bookings for sports fishing and eco-tours in operation during the spring and summer months, the SilverFox is only available for Marine Charter Services during the off-season from October through April.
