Reservations

2011 Season TBA!

All trips require a reservation.
We prefer to do our reservations by e mail, fax or regular mail so there is no misunderstanding of dates.

Reservation Deposit

Our normal deposit policy requires a 50% deposit within 15 days of confirmation of your trip. We accept checks (U.S. or Canadian) sent to our Comox address,  This deposit is refundable 60 days in advance of the first day of the tripBalance of the cost of your trip is required 30 days in advance of the trip.  If we for some reason ( mechanical) could not take you on your trip we will refund your money in full, promptly.  We have established a "Windy Day -Check".  If in the opinion of the skipper, it is not advisable for him to take you out beyond the protected waters of Hardy Bay due to high winds, we will remain in Hardy Bay and return to the wharf each evening until such time as the skipper feels it is safe to proceed to open waters .  A refund will be issued for that "lost" day or days.  A nominal charge for meals and fuel  of $200.00 a day will be applicable for "Windy" days while we wait for good weather should your group choose to stay on board and wait out the weather.  I can count on my 10 fingers the amount of days that this has ever happened, but it is good to know how we would approach such a situation.  We can generally find some protected place in or around the islands or up an inlet that is comfortable for fishing or cruising even in gale force winds. The recent addition of stabilizers to our hull and a new bulbous bow has made our ride very comfortable in adverse weather, however we will never compromise your safety by operating when it is unsafe to do so.
